Helena I. Lopes holds and MA in Intercultural Studies for Business (ISCAP, P. Porto) and a BA in Luso- and Anglophone Studies (FLUP) by the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of Porto University. As a collaborator at CEI and ILCML research centres, she has published on Literature, Film and Cultural Studies in 6 books, 6 academic journals and 2 newspapers. She has been lecturing English Applied to Specific Purposes in the Polytechnic of Porto for over 10 years. Her pedagogic practice is informed by her scientific activity in Intermediality and her experience of cultural production.
