Mafalda Pereira is a PhD student in Literary, Cultural and Interartistic Studies at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto and her doctoral research focuses on the study of Ana Luísa Amaral’s work. She holds a BA in Portuguese Studies from NOVA University of Lisbon – School of Social Sciences and Humanities (2020) and concluded, in 2022, her Master’s degree in Literary, Cultural and Interart Studies – field of Comparative Studies and Intercultural Relations at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto, with a thesis entitled «Ain’t I a Human?: escritos de prisão e o direito à palavra».
